Lovely team at the reception, especially Raphaella.
We faced significant issues with the security lock, making it difficult to exit during a fire alarm. the room felt cramped, and we had inadequate charging points for our devices. The bathroom fan was ineffective, leading to a steamy and uncomfortable atmosphere.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of Sintra, allowing easy access to major attractions like the National Palace and beautiful local shops.
The security lock on my room door was faulty, causing significant concern during an unexpected fire alarm due to its difficulty to operate.

The Sintra Boutique Hotel sits right in the historic center, making it super easy to explore nearby sights like the National Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. My room, a Superior Twin Room, offered great views and was spacious. the WiFi was quite weak during my stay, and I had to rely on my phone for an internet connection. The breakfast spread stood out with a delicious assortment of local pastries and fresh fruits, although I wished for an earlier opening hour, ideally around 7:30 AM, given that breakfast starts at 8 AM, which felt late for early risers. The staff were mostly friendly, but a few interactions at the reception were less than warm. It felt like attention to the security lock on my door was somewhat overlooked, as it didn't function smoothly. Despite these issues, I truly appreciate the hotel’s charming atmosphere and proximity to attractions, making it a decent option for anyone visiting Sintra.
